“No” is a hard word for many practitioners to say.

I know you — you are a big-hearted therapist, trying to make a difference in people’s lives through your bodywork.

And I know you may occasionally go out of your way to accommodate a client’s needs, which can ultimately ending up hindering both the client’s healing and your business.

How does this happen?

One word: Boundaries.

On today’s episode I’ll share a student’s story that illustrates the importance of boundaries in your bodywork business.

“Remember, this is your business and it’s a reflection of you. Being clear is being kind – kindness and being firm with your boundaries are not mutually exclusive. You get to decide how you want your business to run.”

This week on the Do It With Intention Podcast:

  • 3 ways to create stronger boundaries that you can stick to in your business.

  • The best way to have your clients contact you for higher quality communication.

  • What to do instead of holding slots for people so that you avoid any possible miscommunications.
