Continuing our Selling With Integrity series, today I share with you the most important and basic piece of the sales conversation — or any conversation for that matter.

I’ll reveal some common misconceptions about selling and how you can make your sales conversations less stressful.

“The other example I’ll share with today is what I call ‘No shame, no blame.’ If you’re trying to sell someone using blaming or shaming, please stop. We all put enough blame and shame onto ourselves. We don’t need other people piling on.”
