EP 153: HEALTHY BUSINESS BOUNDARIES -- Saying No

 

In this week’s episode I share how creating and honoring boundaries teaches clients how to treat you with respect and integrity.

There are several situations where clients can try to push boundaries, and you need a good way to say, “No.” Today, we’ll look at clients trying to get an appointment outside of your scheduled times, asking you for a doctor’s note, and what to say when clients ask you for a discount.
